Our farm and bed & breakfast sits in a valley crossed by a branch of the Salito river (torrente ficodindia), under the "Gabilia" peak from which the name of the Contrada origins.
Our olive oil production takes place at about 300 meters above sea level while the peak reaches 454 meters above sea level.

Wide open crops of hard wheat and forage along with bovine and ovine breeding have ruled the local economy with minor but important exceptions provided by the production of cotton, grapevine and tobacco.
At present our farm focuses on the production of hard wheat and its renown extravirgin olive oil.
